Original Top Hat design by Sean Tuemmler, Contributor 003.
Shared with Sean's permission. Sean remains the originator and owner of
the original file and design; ownership has not transferred to Blocksmith Works.
The Tool Crib's personal-use policy applies. Neither contributed files nor
printed models are offered for sale without the contributor's express written
permission. Hosting this file does not grant commercial-use permission.
Contributor withdrawal requests will deactivate files and download links
under Blocksmith Works' control; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.

BEFORE PRINTING
Open the project in a compatible slicer and inspect all three plates.
Select your actual printer, nozzle, material, plate, and suitable print settings.
The original saved project selects a Bambu Lab P2S with a 0.4 mm nozzle and
Bambu PLA Basic. Saved project values include 0.24 mm layers, two walls,
four top layers, three bottom layers, 15% grid infill, and supports off.
Objects or plates may have overrides. These saved settings are not a verified
Blocksmith Works working-block profile. PLA is for display only.
Review material suitability for the intended heat, moisture, and blocking use,
bed fit, layer preview, joint fit, and assembly before committing to a full print.

SIZE AND DOVETAILS
Keep the original project at 100% scale for its contributed size.
Sean noted that uniform head-size scaling changes the dovetail tolerances.
Additional head sizes require suitable joints to be preserved or regenerated;
do not treat an overall scaling change as a validated new size.

EVIDENCE AND LIMITS
Blocksmith Works checked archive integrity and preserved the original bytes.
The previews are embedded plate previews from Sean's original project.
These checks do not establish physical printing, dimensional accuracy,
dovetail fit, hat fit, load capacity, or heat/steam performance.
Record your printer, material, slicer/version, scale, wall/infill settings,
dimensions, assembly fit, and limitations when reporting a result.

FUTURE WORK
Sean approved development of additional sizes/heights and a proposed
Tuemmler Top Hat Workshop based on his original file, with his credit preserved.
That workshop and its possible tilt/upper-shape controls are proposed;
this download contains only the original fixed-size contribution.
