SKULL HAT FORM SET v1 — NOT YET PHYSICALLY TESTED
Blocksmith Works · 13 October 2026 · millimeters · print at 100% scale

POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
Prepared from the supplied Skull-Set-2p5in-Base-Rounded-Eyes-v1.stl.
The combined source had two separated pieces; these are exported separately
and arranged together within a nominal 256 x 256 mm plate in the 3MF.
Positive: approximately 109.64 x 130.79 x 109.21 mm overall.
Negative: approximately 109.64 x 130.79 x 71.64 mm overall.
The supplied adaptation has a nominal 2.5-inch (63.5 mm) positive base and
rounded eye treatment. This package does not establish anatomical accuracy,
measured felt allowance, matching fit, or a safe forming/pressing load.

MESH PREPARATION
The supplied STL is retained unchanged in the private source recovery history.
Printing exports separate its two forms, center each in XY, and clean tiny
coincident/degenerate mesh junctions with a 0.002 mm simplification tolerance.
Existing underside BlocksmithWorks.com engraving on BOTH forms and the
positive form’s two round sockets are retained.
No intentional shaping redesign was made. Cleaned volumes differ by less than
0.001% from the manifold-imported source. Both cleaned serialized meshes are
closed, consistently wound, connected solids with positive volume, and their
STL and 3MF coordinates match within serialization tolerance at full scale.
These are digital mesh checks only, not actual slicer or physical results.

REINFORCED BAMBU STUDIO 3MF
5 wall loops and 15% gyroid sparse infill are set explicitly for BOTH entire
objects, including the skull areas and bases. Also retained: 0.2 mm layers,
5 top layers and 3 bottom layers. These settings do not prove strength.
This static project uses a Bambu P1S / 0.4 mm nozzle template, with retained
filament presets. Select your actual printer, nozzle, bed and material.
Automatic tree supports are enabled as a starting point for this Skull set.
Review support placement/removal, eye cavities, small details, underside and
all layer previews before printing. Change settings where needed for your setup.
This is not a universal or Anycubic profile and does not automatically use
Workshop printer selections. STL files contain geometry only.

FIRST TRIAL
Print with the flat underside on the build plate. Inspect the complete slice
preview. Small details, overhangs and cavities need particular attention.
Inspect and smooth printed forming surfaces; try scrap felt first. Actual
slicing, printing, matched fit, felt transfer/release, strength and heat/steam
suitability have not been established. Do not use file preparation as evidence
of physical testing. Report printer/nozzle, material, slicer/version, settings,
scale, measurements, print/fit/felt results and photos if you wish:
